Each group has its own pace, dynamics and exercises tailored to its stage of development. Choose the right workshop:

We're used to rushing: from one activity to the next, from one screen to another. At Evolvio, your child slows down. They set screens aside, make eye contact, listen and are listened to. Here they build real relationships and self-esteem, step by step, through play — and every idea of theirs gets a place on stage.
Instead of only consuming content, children build stories, characters and shows — training their imagination and watching their ideas come to life.
We blend live stage presence with on-camera exercises, so children feel naturally at ease on stage, in front of a camera, in presentations and interviews.
No grades, no labels. Mistakes are celebrated as creative steps, and every child is welcomed exactly as they are.
Our method is inspired by drama pedagogy and the European DICE research, with roots in Peter Slade and Brian Way.
Gentle exposure and the «Yes, and...» game turn public-speaking nerves into authentic courage.
Role play trains working memory, attention, impulse control and adaptability.
Children explore characters' intentions and learn to read other people's emotions.
Movement, eye contact, real friendships and the joy of creating something together.
No grades, no judgement. Any hesitation can open a brand-new scene in a safe space.
Diction, breathing, and articulation exercises. Children learn to speak clearly, steadily, and audibly with confidence.

Actress & Creative Director, EvolvioART
An actress, mother of two and founder of EvolvioART, Andreea Tatiana Grigore has turned her passion for theatre into a project for children and teenagers, built with patience and dedication over the past ten years.
A graduate of the George Enescu National University of Arts in Iasi, Andreea brings her stage experience and creativity to the workshop, along with a desire to help young people discover their voice, courage and unique way of expressing themselves.
She believes that arts education can change people and, through them, the world around us.
Theatre Teacher
A graduate of the Acting – Puppetry/Marionettes programme at UNAGE Iasi, Adelina brings together artistic discipline, creativity and the joy of play in a way that feels genuine and welcoming to children.
Through animation, improvisation and expression exercises, she helps them develop their imagination, confidence and freedom to express themselves in a safe, friendly space.
For Adelina, theatre means courage, creativity and, above all, the joy of being yourself on stage.
